This website is owned and managed by CANDIDA CROCKETT.
Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of handmade goods and artwork by Candida Crockett will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occured in the United Kingdom.

All content included on this website is the property of Candida Crockett and protected by UK and international copyright laws. The content on this site may be used as an information and shopping resource. Any other use including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this website without the permission of Candida Crockett is strictly prohibited.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We own or are the licensee to, all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret or trademark law, any and all other proprietary rights, including applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble any other part of the service. You must not extract or otherwise use any of the content on the site and / or service for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from me to do so.
4. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country or province of residence and you have given consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Please note that when you decide to purchase items the resulting legal contract is between you and us and such contract shall compromise of these Customer Terms, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page and you agree to be bound by all such provisions. Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the items specified within it, subject to the Customer Terms and the applicable details on the product page. You should carefully review the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page in relation to the order. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Customer Terms and the email confirmation of your order or the applicable details on the product page, these Customer Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
Candida Crockett will endeavour to notify you via email once your order has been despatched.
5. PAYMENT
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.
6. POSTAGE, PACKAGING & DELIVERY
National: Where items are in stock we aim to ship your order within two working days and use Royal Mail 3 - 5 day delivery with standard proof of postage. Postal costs £2.50 TO £30 dependant on weight and size.
International: Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery. 4+ working days after despatch. Postal costs dependant on location, weight and size.
Where customised orders are placed (for fabric designs low in stock), times for delivery may vary due to manufacturers' lead times for fabric printing. You will be notified by email in these circumstances and advised of the expected delivery time of your product.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. We are based in the UK, therefore please allow enough time for your item to be made, shipped and delivered.
Please note that if your order is delivered outside the UK it may attract import duty or local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of shipment. Candida Crockett is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.
7. REFUNDS & RETURNS
As long as it is unused, in perfect condition and retains tags you can return any item within 14 days.
Please send us an email with your intention to do so to candidacrockett@icloud.com, stating your reason for a return. We recommend you send it recorded or with proof of postage as we are not liable for it getting mislaid in the post.

If you wish to exchange an item please note that you will need to pay additional shipping costs. To exchange an item please contact candidacrockett@icloud.com.
If your item is damaged please email images immediately to candidacrockett@icloud.com. If in agreement with you, damaged items may be returned for a full refund or exchange and we will pay the return postage provided proof of postage is supplied. Refunds will be made by the same method you used to make your purchase.
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded on exchanged or returned items unless the item is deemed faulty.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.
In no case shall Candida Crockett Pattern & Print, our employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using this service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
