REFUNDS & RETURNS, POSTAGE & SHIPPING
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.
POSTAGE, PACKAGING & DELIVERY
National: Where items are in stock we aim to ship your order within two working days and use Royal Mail 3 - 5 day delivery. Postal costs £3.70 TO £30 dependant on weight and size.
International: Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery. 4+ working days after despatch. Postal costs dependant on location, weight and size.
Where customised orders are placed (for fabric designs low in stock), times for delivery may vary due to manufacturers' lead times for fabric printing. You will be notified by email in these circumstances and advised of the expected delivery time of your product.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. We are based in the UK, therefore please allow enough time for your item to be made, shipped and delivered.
Please note that if your order is delivered outside the UK it may attract import duty or local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of shipment. Candida Crockett is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
As long as it is unused, in perfect condition and retains tags you can return any item within 14 days.
Please send us an email with your intention to do so to stating your reason for a return. We recommend you send it recorded or with proof of postage as we are not liable for it getting mislaid in the post.

If you wish to exchange an item please note that you will need to pay additional shipping costs. To exchange an item please contact email@example.com.
If your item is damaged please email images immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. If in agreement with you, damaged items may be returned for a full refund or exchange and we will pay the return postage provided proof of postage is supplied. Refunds will be made by the same method you used to make your purchase.
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded on exchanged or returned items unless the item is deemed faulty.
Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped.
